A stroke that feels like me
The one-handed backhand is my signature on court. This personal project brings that stroke together across different settings, from Melbourne to indoor courts, from daylight to night-time.
The rhythm of movement
Slow motion lets you follow the preparation, contact and follow-through. The edit connects those moments to the music: the locations and outfits change, while the backhand remains the common thread.
This film introduces my visual world and the way I tell tennis stories through playing the game.
